Additional Drivers

Additional drivers must be 21 years of age or older, Drivers between 21 - 24 may rent for additional $20 USD per day, currently licensed to drive and listed on the rental agreement. Additional Drivers not on the rental agreement are not covered by an insurance purchased by the renter. They will also incur a 100.00 dollar fine and the retroactive additional driver charge.

AGE

All drivers must be 21. Drivers between 21 - 24 may rent for additional $20 USD per day

AIRPORT PICKUP

Please call us at 808.833.7575 once all baggage is collected and we will pickup up curbside at your baggage claim as soon as possible. Airport Pickup and drop off is free of charge during business hours.

BUSINESS HOURS

Hours of operation are 08.00 AM to 07.00 PM

CANCELLATION

Customers who do not show up to rent their reserved car, or do not cancel their reservation at least 72 hours prior to arrival are subject to being charged a one day rental fee. Cancellation fee will not be prorated and will be based on a one day rental charge.

DEBIT CARDS

We accept debit cards and cash payments with a $1000 deposit. There is a daily service fee of $20/day. We can lower the deposit to only $300 if the customer signs up for one of our Collision Damage Waivers at the counter.

GAS

All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when it was rented to avoid refueling charges.

Insurance

Liability insurance for $11.25/day that covers up to $1,000,000, CDW25 is $25/day and has a $0 deductible. /// CDW15 is $15/day and has a $1000 deductible. Customers who decline to take the insurance waiver (CDW and Liability) offered by the location must provide their own proof of insurance at the time of rental. Failure to provide proof of insurance, or to take the locations insurance waiver will result in the reserved vehicle not being rented.

Payment

All major credit cards accepted. A credit card guarantee is required with all reservations. Customers who do not show up to rent their reserved car, or do not cancel their reservation at least 72 hours prior to arrival are subject to being charged a one day rental fee.

Prepaid Debit Cards

Customers who make a prepaid reservation using a debit card need to be aware that the renting location may require a credit card in the renters name be used for leaving a deposit for the rental in order to rent the car. Customers who do not have a credit card may be denied rental.

PREPAID RESERVATIONS

If you have made a reservation you may pay on arrival however to make a reservation we will need a credit card to guarantee your vehicle. There may be an authorization on your Credit Card statement of USD$1.00 please be advised that a no show fee equivalent to a one day rental plus taxes with a minimum of USD$35.00 will be charged to the Credit Card. If vehicle is not pick up you can avoid this fee by cancelling your reservation through the same website you made it, you cannot call or write to cancel you can cancel only through the website where the reservation was made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled rental time. Prepaid reservations-if you have a prepaid reservation your Credit Card will be charged in full at the time you made your reservation. The Credit Card that you paid your reservation must be present at the time of pick up. Refund and cancellation policy-a prepaid reservation is a nonrefundable booking. If you do not pick up your rental when scheduled your reservation will not be modified. If you do not pick up your rental when scheduled your reservation will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund or credit. For customer satisfaction Economy will apply a refund for any of the reasons below-after verification- -flight cancelled and customer could not get to the rental location-natural disaster prevented travel- Illness prevented travel-death in family prevented travel-jury duty prevented travel-Economy was unable to fulfill the customer reservation (example no vehicle available) - Any action due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please be advised that there may be a charge of up to USD$150.00 handling fee for canceling. If customer chooses to change the date of their reservation the handling fee will be waived but may be subject to a rate adjustment. For date change please contact 1 877 326 7368. RULES

By renting a vehicle from Economy Rent A Car and Economy Rent A Car affiliates, you hereby agree that any and all disputes and controversies arising out of your reservations and your rental of the vehicle shall be resolved solely and exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.

SHUTTLE

***Shuttle information** thank you for choosing Economy Rent A Car represented by a1 rent a car. To use our complimentary airport shuttle service please cross the street from the baggage claim area to the rental car shuttle curb. Our shuttles are clearly marked a1 rent a car. Shuttle rotate regularity during our hours of operation. Please allow 10-15 minutes for them to arrive. Please contact us at 808-833-7575 or 877-326 7368. Additional Drivers

Les conducteurs supplémentaires doivent être âgés de 21 ans ou plus . Conducteurs entre 21 et 24 ans peuvent louer pour $20 USD supplémentaires par jour, ils doivent être autorisés actuellement pour conduire et inscrits sur l'accord du loyer. Les Conducteurs supplémentaires qui ne sont pas dans l'accord du loyer ne seront pas couverts par aucune assurance achetée par le loueur. Ils encourront aussi en une amende de 100.00 dollars et la charge rétroactive du conducteur supplémentaire .

AIRPORT PICKUP

Plaire d’appeler au 808.833.7575 une fois que vos bagages est ramassé et nous irons ramasser vos bagages au trottoir dès que possible. Le ramassage à l’ aéroport et la restitution sont gratuits pendant heures d’ opération.

BUSINESS HOURS

Le bureau est ouvert de lundi à samedi de 8am à 9pm, dimanche 10am à 9pm Nous sommes fermés dans Pâques, Action de Grâces, Nouvelle année, et Noël.

CANCELLATION

Clients qui n'apparaissent pas pour louer leur voiture réservée, ou n'annulent pas leur réservation au moins 72 heures avant arrivée seront soumis à une charge d'un jour de loyer . Le prix de l'annulation ne sera pas distribué au prorata et sera basé sur une charge d'un jour de loyer.

DEBIT CARDS

Nous acceptons des cartes de débit et des paiements en argent avec un dépôt de $1000. Il y a un prix de service journalier de $20/jour. Nous pouvons baisser le dépôt à seulement $300 si le client s'inscrit pour une de nos Renonciations de Dégât de Collision au comptoir.

GAS

Tous les véhicules doivent être rendus avec le même montant d’ essence qu’ à la prise en charge pour éviter une charge de service de ravitaillement.

Payment

Toutes les cartes de crédit majeures sont acceptées. Une garantie de la carte de crédit est exigée avec toutes les réservations. Clients qui n'apparaissent pas à la location de leur voiture réservée, ou n'annule pas leur réservation au moins 72 heures avant arrivée sont soumis à être chargés un prix d'un jour de loyer.
